XY593 Epoxy Curing Agent
1. Description
XY593 Epoxy Curing Agent is a kind of Modified Aliphatic Amine Compound, with low viscosity, light color, low toxic, simple and easy to use, speed solidification, and other features. Widely used (together with Liquid Epoxy Resin) for pouring, sealing and packing of electronic parts, agglutination and repairing of construction or dam or bridge and so on, and adhering under normal temperature. specific gravity: 1.07.
Its cured epoxy resins have satisfactory bright surface, excellent mechanical and electrical insulation properties and good adhesion.
- The epoxy propane glycidyl ether group is linked with its nitric atoms, to have itself sensitized and toxicity quite lessened, and the long molecular chain, high boiling point, low vapor pressure, will much reduce its volatility, so it is almost no harmful to human body.
- Because the molecular structure contains more nitric atoms, activated hydrogen and ether bond, its solidified speed under room temperature is very fast, about one hour is enough to finish solidification.
- Because it is a modifier of aliphatic amine, its molecular structure presents a long linear chain, solidified with epoxy resin, it has good elasticity.

3. How to use 593 with Liquid Epoxy Resin
For example:
- to be used for adhesive
6101 Epoxy Resin: 100g, 593 Curing agent: 25g
Silicon Dioxide(additive materials): 100g, Trihydrate Alumina(additive materials): 60g
- to be used for dope
6101 Epoxy Resin: 100g, 593 Curing Agent: 30g, Epoxy Resin Active Diluent: 10-15g .
4. Packing
- Packed in 20Kg/ barrel or 200Kg/ barrel or 1000kgs/IBC container
- Storage and transportation must conform to basic requirements of normal chemicals.
- Store in a cool, dry and well ventilated area. Keep away from ignition sources, heat and flame and sunlight.
- It is necessary to maintain insulated (tightly seal) after use, in order to avoid negative influence arousing from moisture absorption.
